After Ellen and The Laughing Lesbian just released a Music video I directed (and acted in, and did the production design, and wardrobe…) It turned out amazing. It’s for my dear friends, the band No Girlfriends. They rock hard and deserve a little more recognition so we decided to give the world a funny weird video to showcase their talents.
We had to get very creative because we didn’t have a giant Beyoncé/Taylor Swift/Etc budget. But sometimes that’s the most fun. Then every moment is a little more personalized, every shot has your fingerprints on it more. And at the end of the day, the band, and the tiny crew feel satisfied at a job well done because everyone was working their asses off. Enjoy the video.
